RetroVMX was established in 1998 by a group of Petrol Heads that wanted to create custom and unique motorcycles.
The Head Honcho was "Husky Jac" that had a passion to create an "Evolution Series" of motorcycles - based on legendary MX and Enduro bikes from the 1970's and 1980's that factories stopped producing.
RetroVMX Head Honcho's peak of racing career was during the 70's, 80's and 90's - during these years of racing, there were some legendary bikes produced - some of them almost un-ridable. Some of the Japanese big bore open class bikes did not actually have an operational throttle, instead they were fitted with an ON/OFF switch due to such a radical power band.
RetroVMX Maintains a stock of over 50 motorcycles to be utilised for the creation of custom motorcycles.
